Request Crime and Accident Reports - Baltimore County
The Baltimore County Police Department (BCoPD) provides copies of crime and accident reports by mail. There is a $15 fee for each report, unless you are a victim of a crime. A copy of your incident report is free of charge if you are a crime victim. To request a report, download a copy of the Police Report Request Form and send to:

When calling the non-emergency police response phone number, 410-887-2222, your call will be screened to see if it qualifies for telephone reporting. If your call qualifies, you will be advised that your request meets the criteria for telephone reporting and that you will receive a return call from a staff member of the telephone reporting unit.
